Pickpick

Charlie and the chocolate factory is about a little boy who is very poor. He wins a golden ticket to tour The Chocolate Factory along with 4 other children and by Mr. Wonka himself. One by One the children come to conflicts that get them taken out of the factory. The themes are kindness, hope, family, and chaos. If you like books about children and the secrets that Wonka has about making his spectacular chocolates, then you will enjoy this book.

MissYaremcio Thank you for the review Alissa! This time the focus was on POV but otherwise keep up the great work! 4/6 4y

The Twits | Roald Dahl

Mehso-so

The twits are all about making everybody's lives miserable, even each other's. Both of them take it to another level when making their lives terrible. On top of all that Mr. Twit wants to own his first Upside-down monkey circus in the world. So if you like books that make people's lives unforgettably terrible. You'll like this book. The theme is The Twits and the friendship between the monkeys and the birds, and to come together to get revenge.

MissYaremcio Well done Alissa! I do love Ronald Dahl! I would suggest looking at what themes can do to the story, as I do understand the theme of friendship, but I would look at what that entails! 5/6 4y
